We are hiring Field Sales Manager at Malappuram. PARTICULARS FOR USM POSITION Role • Sales of Health Insurance policies through the agency model. • Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory. • Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly. • Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations. • To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner. • Handling the health retail product.• Training & motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business. Age • 24-42 yrs Qualification • Full Time Correspondence/Distance Graduate/PG Industry • General Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance.
