Click here to find Geethanjali College of Engineering Registration link : Registration Link Registration Time at Venue: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM Skills we are hiring for • Engineering Roles • Equipment Engineering • Experience in any of the following machines / Equipments maintenance like Ultrasonic Welding, Glue Dispensing, Vision Systems, PLC Programming, Robotics, Laser Welding, Servo Motor Drives, Plasma Systems, Press Machines, and PSA Equipment. • Process Engineering -Experience in any of the following processes like Plasma, Servo Press, and PSA processes. Surface Energy Validation, Force Displacement Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plans, Recipe Locking, ECN Implementation, and Process Capability Management. • SMT Equipment Engineering - Experience in operating and maintaining Fuji and Koh Young machines. • SMT Process Engineering - Experience in Processes like Printing Parameter Optimization, Reflow Profile Optimization, PCB Stencil Design & Modification, and Gerber File Interpretation. • SMT Failure Analysis / Repair Engineering - Expert in L3/L4 Repair, CSKD Operations, AP & RF Failure Analysis, Electrical Failure Analysis, and RF Failure Analysis. Industrial Engineering • Industrial Engineering - Experience in NPI, Line Balancing, Layout Planning, Capacity Planning, Takt Time & Cycle Time Analysis, Ergonomics, SAP/MES, and Production Ramp-up activities. Quality • IQC • Incoming inspection, supplier quality, RCA, CAPA, FMEA & Control Plans. • Reliability Engineering • Validation, mechanical/electrical testing, failure analysis & reliability improvement. • SMT Quality • SMT process quality, defect analysis, yield improvement, RCA & CAPA. • QMS / ESD / Calibration / DCC • Quality systems, audits, compliance, calibration & document control • FA Lab / Mechanical • Failure analysis, troubleshooting, 8D, RCA & CAPA for PCBAs and electronic products Testing • Test Operations: Experienced in leading test operations, including station control, resource planning, output monitoring, downtime management, and shift handover governance. • Electrical Testing: Hands-on experience in PCBA testing, DC, WiFi/OTA, functional, and AC functional testing using Tektronix and Keithley instruments, along with USB-C, PD, and HiPot equipment. Skilled in test program maintenance, fixture management, MES integration, calibration control, and failure diagnostics. Program Management • Candidates possessing excellent stakeholder management, customer engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills, with exposure to diverse manufacturing environments and cross-functional program management are invited for this role.( Technical program Management / Engineering Program Management) 🎓 Qualification: BE / B.
