**Job role:** - Microscopy work in Microbiology and Molecular Biology - Implementation of Quality control procedures and setting up of monitoring processes of QC for accuracy of reports of samples tested and validation of technical report. - Maintaining and improving TAT of reports. - Validation of Molecular Biology, Bacteriology, Mycology & Mycobacteriology reports, Infectious Serology, monitor TAT and handle patient queries. - Efficient inventory control. - Preparing the lab for audits as applicable e.g. NABL
