Job role: • Microscopy work in Microbiology and Molecular Biology • Implementation of Quality control procedures and setting up of monitoring processes of QC for accuracy of reports of samples tested and validation of technical report. • Maintaining and improving TAT of reports. • Validation of Molecular Biology, Bacteriology, Mycology & Mycobacteriology reports, Infectious Serology, monitor TAT and handle patient queries. • Efficient inventory control. • Preparing the lab for audits as applicable e.g. NABL
