Role & responsibilities • Coordinate with customers for collection, verification, and execution of mortgage-related documents. • Review Title Search Reports (TSR), property documents, and title verification to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. • Analyse legal and technical reports related to property and mortgage creation. • Manage processes involving CERSAI registration, charge filing, MODT, equitable mortgage creation, • and other property-related regulatory requirements. • Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines. • Maintain accurate operational records, timely system updates, and documentation tracking. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless mortgage processing and execution. Preferred candidate profile • Experience in mortgage operations, property documentation, and secured lending processes within Banking/NBFCs. • Strong knowledge of Title Search Reports (TSR), property due diligence, mortgage creation, CERSAI registration, and MODT. • Ability to review legal and technical reports, identify risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation control, and coordination skills to ensure seamless mortgage processing.
