Primary Skills (Core Technical Competencies) • Installation and configuration of Custom Standard Software (e.g. SSMS, .NET, .NET Core) • Configuration of application interfaces • Installation and configuration of IIS Server • Configuration of HTTPS certificates in IIS • Experience with file transfer tools such as FTP, FileZilla • Troubleshooting using Windows Event Viewer, IIS Logs, Windows Security logs • Basic working knowledge of Active Directory • Monitoring tools and practices (basics) Secondary Skills (Process, Tools Soft Skills) • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform • Understanding of ITIL framework • Knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management processes • Strong communication and presentation skills Relocation Supported: Yes Visa Sponsorship Approved: No At Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
