Job Description Talent Acquisition Business Partner Job Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune Location Flexibility: Multiple Locations in Country Req Id: 12197 Posting Start Date: 9/9/26 We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) IT Recruiter based in India to join our North American Talent Acquisition team. This is a fully remote position, supporting hiring activities across Canada and the United States. The successful candidate must be available to work primarily during Eastern Time (ET) business hours to effectively partner with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders across North America. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. Responsibilities: • Consult with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills. • Develop compelling job postings and publish opportunities across internal and external recruitment platforms. • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Responsible for recruiting process: • Sourcing candidates through various channels • Screening resumes and conducting phone screenings • Conducting HR interviews and candidate assessments • Preparing interview summaries and HR recommendations • Updating recruitment systems and maintaining accurate documentation • Communicating and following up with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process • Coordinating interviews and facilitating the selection process • Extending employment offers and negotiating terms when appropriate • Managing offer acceptance through to pre-onboarding activities • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams,serving as a trusted talent advisor. • Team work, collaborate with others recruiting partners and conduct initial qualification interviews. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership to support business growth. • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels. • Act as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and Human Resources throughout the recruitment process. • Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline metrics, and market insights to leadership. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience. • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting Fujitsu's employment value Requirements: • Based in India and able to work remotely • Ability and willingness to work primarily during Eastern Time (Canada/U.S.) business hours. • Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken). • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, preferably supporting North American clients (strong asset) • Experience recruiting for a wide range of technical roles, including software development, infrastructure, software architecture, cloud, cybersecurity etc. • Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. • Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools and technologies to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment efficiency. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e recruteur·e TI bilingue (français/anglais) basé(e) en Inde pour se joindre à notre équipe nord-américaine d’acquisition de talents.
