Workday Functional Consultant

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to support the design, optimisation, and delivery of the process improvements within the context of the H2R process transformation. Working closely with HR, Technology, Programme stakeholders, and third-party partners, the successful consultant will provide functional leadership across the H2R workstream and Workday platform, ensuring solutions are aligned to business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, future operating model objectives, and the H2R end-to-end process scope. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise, solution architecture capability, stakeholder management, and hands-on Workday configuration experience.
