Job description • Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Datasphere and Databricks environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. • Monitor data pipelines, jobs, and integrations for failures or performance issues. • Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and data ingestion problems across SAP and Databricks platforms. • Key Responsibilities: • Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Datasphere and Databricks environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. • Monitor data pipelines, jobs, and integrations for failures or performance issues. • Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and data ingestion problems across SAP and Databricks platforms. • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues. • Operational Excellence • Maintain and update SOPs for incident handling, escalation, and resolution. • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for ticket resolution and system uptime. • Collaborate with Data/SAP engineering teams for complex issues and permanent fixes
