Our SAP service line is currently looking for an industry-leading SAP Project Manager. Required Skills: SAP Project Manager Location: Pune (Preferred) /Hyderabad Experience: 12+ Years Notice Period: 0-30 Days only You are required to have skills in the following areas: • 10+ years of project management experience with 5+ years leading SAP implementation or transformation projects. • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, and transformation projects across S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, SuccessFactors, and Ariba. • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and governance to ensure successful delivery. • Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align project objectives and expectations. • Drive project execution using SAP Activate, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies. • Oversee solution design, integration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. • Monitor project performance, resolve risks and issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership. • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. • Manage project financials, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor relationships. • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA and other SAP enterprise solutions. • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Project Management, or related certification preferred.
