At Johnson Johnson, we respect the diversity and dignity of our employees and recognize their merit. **Job Function:** MedTech Sales **Job Sub Function:** Clinical Sales Hospital/Hospital Systems (Commission) **Job Category:** Professional **All Job Posting Locations:** Kolkata, West Bengal, India **Role Objective** Drive sales growth and market penetration for the cardiovascular (CV) wound closure portfolio across key accounts in Kolkata by leveraging strong clinical expertise, KOL engagement, and structured account management. **Key Responsibilities** - Sales Growth Delivery: Achieve annual sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth, product upgradation, and NPI penetration. - Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CV surgeons, hospitals, and key stakeholders. - Territory and Specialty Ownership: Ensure extensive coverage of assigned hospitals and execute account-specific strategies in collaboration with account managers. - Clinical Technical Support: Support surgeries (CIS) and provide in-depth product and procedural guidance. - KOL Engagement Programs: Plan and execute value-based MDA/ProfEd initiatives to drive adoption and engagement. - Competitive Strategy: Conduct competition mapping and implement conversion strategies. - Channel Management Reporting: Manage distributors effectively and ensure timely reporting and compliance. - Strong CV procedural knowledge and understanding of suture applications - High KOL influence relationship strength - Ability to drive conversion-led selling in key accounts - Execution of structured engagement programs (MDA/ProfEd) Candidate Profile - 5 10 years in Medical Devices / Pharma sales - Background in Science/Engineering (MBA preferred) - Proven track record in sales delivery key account management Behavioral Functional Capabilities - Customer-centric, agile, and collaborative - Strong communication and multitasking ability - Focus on innovation, execution excellence, and stakeholder management Operating Context - Work closely with marketing, sales teams, and support functions - Engage externally with surgeons, hospitals, and channel partners **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:** Brand Marketing, Business Behavior, Communication, Cross-Selling, Customer Centricity, Customer Effort Score, Goal Attainment, Hospital Operations, Innovation, Lead Generation, Market Research, Medicines and Device Development and Regulation, Problem Solving, Sales, Solutions Selling, Sustainable Procurement, Vendor Selection Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
