The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend development, event-driven architecture, XML/XSD-based integrations, database development, and Agile methodologies. Experience in banking, financial services, stock exchange, or capital-market applications will be highly valued. This role involves working on enterprise-grade applications where performance, reliability, scalability, data integrity, and security are critical. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Stock Exchange, Capital Markets, Trading, or other financial-domain applications is preferred. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET CORE / .NET Core. • Develop robust backend services and APIs using modern .NET technologies. • Build responsive and maintainable user interfaces using React. • Design and implement event-driven and distributed application architectures. • Work with XML, XSD, XPath, and XML-based data/integration workflows. • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, database objects, and data-access components. • Integrate applications with internal and external systems using APIs, messaging, and event-driven patterns. • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, performance tuning, and production support. • Write unit and integration tests and ensure application quality and maintainability. • Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other development teams. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Track and manage development activities using Jira. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis. • Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and engineering best practices. Required Technical Skills Backend • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core • REST APIs and service-oriented application development • Object-oriented programming and design principles • Design patterns and clean coding practices • Experience with asynchronous programming and multithreading • Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture • Strong experience with React, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3 • Understanding of REST API integration with frontend applications • Strong SQL and relational database knowledge ,Query optimization and performance tuning • Experience with database access technologies such as Entity Framework / ADO.NET / Dapper is desirable • Strong understanding of XML, XSD, XPath, XML validation, and XML transformations • Experience integrating systems through APIs, messaging, and event-driven mechanisms
