Job Title: Academic Trainer – English Company: Next Education India Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Travel Requirement: Up to 70% Work Mode: Field-Based Role Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,40,000 per year About the Role Next Education is hiring an Academic Trainer – English to support schools by conducting English language training sessions for teachers and students. The selected candidate will deliver training programs, provide academic support to teachers, and help improve classroom teaching practices. This role involves regular travel within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities - Conduct English language training sessions for teachers and students. - Deliver teacher development programs to enhance classroom effectiveness. - Prepare lesson plans and training materials aligned with curriculum requirements. - Provide mentoring and academic support to teachers. - Monitor participant progress and provide feedback. - Maintain training records and submit reports. - Coordinate with internal academic teams to ensure smooth program delivery. - Build positive relationships with school stakeholders. Eligibility Criteria - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Arts, Education, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in English. - Strong spoken and written English skills. - Good presentation and facilitation abilities. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage and motivate learners. - Good organizational and reporting skills. - Familiarity with digital learning tools is an advantage.
