**Academic Trainer - Pre Primary** ​ **Company:** Next Education Pvt. Ltd. ​ **Travel Requirement:** 70%–80% ​ **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent ​ ​ **Job Description** ​ ​ Conduct training sessions for pre-primary teachers on early childhood education best  practices. ​ ​ Design and deliver interactive training modules focused on foundational literacy, numeracy,  and holistic development. ​ ​ Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and resource materials aligned with the curriculum. ​ ​ Provide academic mentoring and classroom management strategies to pre-primary  educators. ​ ​ Evaluate teaching methodologies and suggest improvements for better learner  engagement. ​ ​ Observe classroom sessions and offer constructive feedback to enhance teaching  effectiveness. ​ ​ Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and pedagogy. ​ ​ Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure consistency and quality in content  delivery. ​ ​ Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and teacher development  progress. ​ ​ **Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills** ​ ​ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. ​ ​ Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in pre-primary or early childhood  education. ​ ​ Strong understanding of child psychology and developmentally appropriate practices. ​   ​ Creative approach to teaching and training, with excellent communication skills. ​ ​ Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage young learners and educators alike. ​ ​ Willingness to travel for training sessions across various schools. ​ ​
