Cluster Ops + Community Manager Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end operations for coworking centres • Ensure adherence to SLAs across housekeeping, security, facility management, and client services • Drive OPEX optimization and cost efficiencies across centres • Manage regional vendor contracts, negotiations, and compliance • Build, manage, and mentor a team of Cluster Managers and Executives • Monitor client NPS and address escalations to ensure a smooth customer experience • Partner with Sales and Compliance teams for new property onboarding and operational transitions • Report to the Pan-India Operations Head through weekly MIS, escalation reports, and cost reports Requirements: • 2-5 years of experience in Operations or Facility Management • Handling Team of 3-4 Center Manager • Experience in coworking, hospitality, or real estate preferred • Strong people management and vendor negotiation skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multi-city operations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
