Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to create value across projects of different scopes and scales, all while maintaining a cloud-first and mobile-first mindset. You will be instrumental in guiding Application Development Teams to achieve their objectives through innovative solutions and an Agile approach. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. • Responsible for team decisions. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. • Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and career growth. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Price and Promotions Management. • Strong understanding of modular architecture principles. • Experience with Agile methodologies and practices. • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and mobile-first application design. • Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BlueYonder Price and Promotions Management. • This position is based at our Chennai office. • A 15 years full time education is required.
