**Position Overview** The Asha Home Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling affordable home loan products to customers, focusing on financial inclusion and enabling home ownership for low- and middle-income families. The role requires strong customer engagement, relationship-building, and sales skills to drive loan disbursements while ensuring compliance with company policies. **Key Responsibilities** - **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential customers for affordable home loans through field visits, referrals, and local community outreach. - **Loan Sales**: Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits of Asha Home Loans to prospective clients. - **Documentation Support**: Assist customers in completing loan applications, collecting required documents, and ensuring accuracy. - **Relationship Management**: Build long-term trust with customers, housing societies, and local stakeholders. - **Target Achievement**: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements. - **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices. - **Market Intelligence**: Gather insights on competitors, customer needs, and local housing trends to improve sales strategies. **Required Skills & Competencies** - **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - **Communication**: Clear and empathetic communication with diverse customer groups. - **Customer Orientation**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions. - **Local Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with housing markets, especially in affordable housing segments. - **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with branch staff, credit teams, and operations. **Qualifications** - Minimum graduate degree (any stream). - 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, housing finance, or microfinance. - Freshers with strong motivation and communication skills may also be considered. **Work Location** - Field-based role with frequent customer visits. - Primary location: Local branches and target communities.
