Job Title: Sales Executive Home Loan (Branch Channel) Key Responsibilities - **Home Loan Sales**: Drive sales of home loan products through branch channels, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met. - **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and convert potential customers by understanding their housing finance needs. - **Branch Relationship Management**: Collaborate with branch staff to generate leads and maximize loan disbursements. - **Lead Generation**: Actively source leads through walk-ins, referrals, and branch activities. - **Customer Counseling**: Guide customers through eligibility, documentation, and loan processes with transparency. - **Market Intelligence**: Track competitor offerings and provide feedback to enhance product positioning. - **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory and company policies. Required Skills - **Sales Expertise**: Strong background in retail banking or housing finance sales. - **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to engage customers effectively. - **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to manage pricing discussions and close deals. - **Customer Orientation**: Focused on building trust and long-term customer relationships. - **Branch Collaboration**: Ability to work closely with branch teams to drive business growth. Qualifications - Graduate/ HSC in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. - 1–4 years of experience in **home loan sales**, retail banking, or housing finance.
