TCS is hiring for AI and ML Engineer Desired Experience Range: 5+ Years Job Location: Pune • Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies in the market. • Optimize and scale AI/ML models for performance and efficiency. • Hands On Experience in AI Concepts –Google ADK, Vertex, Gemini, Azure Open AI, Cloud Vision • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and leadership abilities. • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras). • Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and teams. • Prompt Engineering Techniques. • Experience with Public cloud platforms (e.g Google Cloud) is a add-on.
