The Director – AI Delivery Management is responsible for leading the successful delivery of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning and AI-enabled business transformation solutions for client-facing programs. The role owns delivery execution across multiple workstreams, ensures alignment between business objectives and technical delivery, manages cross-functional teams, governs risk and quality, and drives measurable business outcomes. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, solution architects, data science teams, operations, compliance, and senior leadership. The Director ensures that AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, with strong governance, responsible AI practices, and clear value realization. Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, ML, and AI-enabled application programs from initiation to production rollout. - Translate business requirements and strategic priorities into structured delivery plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. - Manage multiple AI delivery workstreams across clients, business units, technology teams, data science teams, engineering teams, and operations teams. - Ensure AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in line with agreed quality standards. - Partner with senior leadership, client stakeholders, product owners, architects, data science teams, engineering teams, and operations teams to align priorities and drive delivery outcomes. - Act as the primary delivery interface for stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations. - Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests across AI programs. - Ensure AI delivery follows responsible AI principles, including privacy, security, fairness, transparency, explainability, compliance, and auditability. - Oversee delivery quality across requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, monitoring, and production support. - Lead and mentor delivery managers, project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, AI engineers, data scientists, QA teams, automation specialists, and vendor teams. - Track and report delivery KPIs such as schedule adherence, sprint predictability, defect trends, adoption, productivity gains, cost savings, and value realization. - Support business case development, effort estimation, resource planning, budgeting, delivery cost tracking, and commercial risk management. **⚠️ Disclaimer:** Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
