**Job Description** **Job Title: Data Analyst – E-commerce Data Operations (Entry-Level)** **Role Overview** **We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Analyst to support data capture and processing across various e-commerce platforms. This role involves working with large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, and following standard processes (SOPs). It is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who is eager to learn, grow, and adapt to new tools, including basic AI and automation techniques.** **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** - Capture and enter data from e-commerce portals into internal systems - Check and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness - Clean and organize data for reporting and analysis - Follow defined SOPs and guidelines for all tasks - Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and basic reports - Perform regular quality checks to ensure error-free work - Raise and resolve data issues with team members - Learn and use new tools or technologies (including basic AI tools) to improve efficiency - Support team in day-to-day data-related tasks **Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Commerce, Business, IT, etc.) - Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus (not mandatory) - Any exposure to data tools or software is an advantage **Success Metrics** - Accuracy of data processed - Ability to follow SOPs and meet deadlines - Consistency and quality of work - Willingness to learn and improve over time **About The Team** eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
