**Job Role: Appian Architect** **Experience: 9+ Years** **Work Mode - Hybrid** **Location - Any Xebia Office** **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the **design, development, and implementation** of Appian-based solutions - Define **overall Appian architecture** , ensuring scalability, performance, and security - Collaborate with stakeholders to **translate business requirements into technical solutions** - Develop and maintain: - Process Models - Interfaces (SAIL) - Integrations - Rules & Expression logic - Provide **technical leadership to Appian development team** - Ensure adherence to **best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks** - Design and implement **integration solutions** with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, etc.) - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues - Support **deployment, release management, and environment setup** - Mentor team members and conduct code reviews **Required Skills & Experience** - 6+ years of hands-on experience in **Appian BPM/Low-Code platform** Strong understanding of: - Appian Architecture - Process Modeling (BPMN) - SAIL Interface Design Experience with: - Integration (REST APIs, Web Services, SQL databases) - Appian components (Records, CDTs, Expressions, Plug-ins) - Strong knowledge of: - SQL and relational databases - Object-oriented programming concepts - Experience in **end-to-end project delivery** - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
