Job Summary Job Title: Application Developer Location: Pune Experience: 3-6 years Responsibilities • Design, code, and enhance existing web applications using established in-house frameworks. • Develop new web applications from layout to full functionality, aligning with customer requirements. • Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance and fostering their technical growth. • Refine web application specifications, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives. • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, maintaining application stability and performance. • Drive the development of applications from scratch, demonstrating extensive hands-on experience throughout the lifecycle. • Engage regularly with business stakeholders and senior management, translating business needs into technical solutions. • Apply deep technical expertise to address challenging and interesting technical problems. • Plan and deliver robust software platforms that are utilized across multiple products and departments. • Ensure adherence to best practices in web application development, including code quality and security. Skills and Qualifications • 3-6 years of professional experience in application development, with a focus on web technologies. • Proven expertise in web applications development, including front-end and back-end components. • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: React, Node.js, C# .Net, or JavaScript. • Proficiency in front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap. • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with database systems like MySQL or Oracle. • Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior development teams effectively. • Extensive experience in developing applications from inception to deployment.
