Supply Planner

Job Description Role & Responsibilities: • Execute supply and material planning activities. • Maintain inventory levels and optimize stock availability. • Perform MRP planning and shortage management. • Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and production teams. • Balance demand and supply requirements. • Monitor inventory, service levels, and supply chain KPIs. • Support S&OP and continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare planning reports and dashboards. Preferred Candidate Profile: • 3+ years of Supply Planning or Material Planning experience. • Hands-on MRP, inventory management, and supply chain planning experience. • Experience with SAP MM, SAP PP, Oracle ERP, or equivalent ERP systems. • Strong stakeholder management and supplier coordination skills. • Automotive, manufacturing, industrial products, or engineering industry preferred. • Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering background preferred.
