Help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Review customer specifications and perform compressor calculations to develop optimized technical solutions • Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, including cost structures and supporting documentation • Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and internal teams to define scope, source components, and ensure proposal alignment • Engage with customers through meetings and discussions to clarify requirements and support negotiation • Support the full sales cycle by handing off awarded projects to execution teams and ensuring a smooth transition • Performs other related duties as assigned. YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering • 5+ years of relevant experience in applications / proposal engineering • Strong technical knowledge of pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment used in industrial applications • Experience working with customers in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, or similar industry. • Proficiency with document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
