Job description

Role & responsibilities • Design & Review: Review architectural drawings, check material specifications, and resolve site design conflicts. • Site Execution: Monitor daily construction work to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings. • Coordination: Coordinate with civil, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and structural teams. • Vendor Management: Help the procurement team review material samples and check contractor work quality. • Compliance: Ensure safety rules and local building codes are strictly followed on-site. Preferred candidate profile • Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with valid registration/license. • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. • Skills: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, construction methods, and contract management.
