Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - **Debt Recovery:** Develop, implement, and optimize collection strategies to maximize debt recovery while preserving positive customer relationships. - **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and mentor collection staff. Set daily/monthly performance metrics and conduct routine performance reviews. - **Portfolio & Risk Analysis:** Segment customers based on risk profiles and analyze collection data to identify delinquency trends and improve efficiency. - **Compliance & Legal:** Ensure all recovery efforts strictly adhere to industry laws, local financial regulations, and company policies.
