Job description

Key Responsibilities • Debt Recovery: Develop, implement, and optimize collection strategies to maximize debt recovery while preserving positive customer relationships. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor collection staff. Set daily/monthly performance metrics and conduct routine performance reviews. • Portfolio & Risk Analysis: Segment customers based on risk profiles and analyze collection data to identify delinquency trends and improve efficiency. • Compliance & Legal: Ensure all recovery efforts strictly adhere to industry laws, local financial regulations, and company policies.
