Roles and Responsibilities • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases. • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for bulk hiring requirements. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidates within the given timeline. • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of recruitment.
