We are looking for Assistant Collection Manager at Madhya Pradesh. Sehore Indore-1 Experience: At least 4 Year of experience in digital collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred. 1. Managing Collection team for maintaining delinquent accounts allocated in Pre X (Pre PDD & Post PDD) collection follow up. 2. Implementation & execution of collection strategy from up line for collection follow up in pre PDD allocation and post PDD accounts. 3. Customer Centric approach collection follow up and analysis on feedback from customer 4. Regularly analyzed key performance indicators(KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implemented data-driven solutions. 5. Successfully resolved escalated customer inquiries and complaints, preserving positive customer relationships while collecting outstanding debts.
