Job Requirements Role/ Job Title : Area Credit Manager - Affordable Mortgage Loans Business : Retail Underwriting - Affordable Mortgage Loans Function/ Department: Credit - underwriting Job Purpose : 'This role entails management and maintenance of the quality of the credit portfolio pertaining to affordable mortgage loans from origination to collections while ensuring alignment with Bank's credit risk appetite and the overall credit strategy. Roles & Responsibilities: '1. Groom and mentor multiple Cluster teams • Maintaining Good portfolio quality • Collaboration with other stake holders in achieving business book growth • Maintain Highest Standard of customer experience, Governance and compliance • Adapt and promote Digital solutions. Find out ways to automate routine activities. Secondary Responsibilities: '1. Vendor Management • Collaborate with different stakeholders. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: '1. Mentor other credit managers and guide towards overall organisation goal and objectives. Qualifications : Post Graduate Degree - Graduate / Post Graduate / Professional qualification Years of Experience: 7+ Years relevant experience
