**Role & responsibilities** : Looking after a team of Sales Manager & Relationship Managers. Sourcing home loans business through open market & DSA/Connectors Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely repayment of housing loans. Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research. Conduct site visits to assess property documents and verify loan applications. Develop strategies to increase sales performance and achieve targets set by the organization. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. **Preferred candidate profile** : Graduate with prior experience of min. 6+ year in housing loans with 2 years of experience in team leading role
