**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of microfinance professionals to achieve business targets and growth in the assigned territory. - Develop and implement effective strategies for group sales, MFI operations, rural banking, and unsecured loans. - Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovative solutions. **Job Requirements :** - 7-10 years of experience in microfinance or related field (NBFC). - Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective team handling and leadership. - Strong understanding of financial products such as group sales, housing finance (LAP), MFI operations, rural banking & unsecured loans.
