Dear Candidate, We are looking for Area Operations Managers for Surendranagar, Gurgaon and Noida location. Desired Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification/Work Experience • Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred). • 6-12 years of experience in Banking/NBFC Home Loan Operations. • Minimum 3-5 years in a team handling • Strong exposure to Home Loan processing, sanctions, disbursement, documentation, and post-disbursement activities. • Experience in managing multiple branches/locations preferred. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of Home Loan operational processes and regulatory requirements. • Expertise in credit documentation, property legal and technical processes, and disbursement controls. • Sound understanding of RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, audit, and compliance requirements. • Ability to drive process standardization and operational excellence. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation. • Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and digital loan management systems. • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end home loan operations across the assigned area. • Ensure timely login, processing, sanction documentation, and disbursement of loan cases. • Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and service quality metrics. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements. • Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives. • Manage branch operations teams and provide training and guidance. • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, Risk, and Central Operations teams. • Review operational MIS, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. • Handle escalations and ensure superior customer experience. • Ensure portfolio quality through strong operational controls.
