***Position Area Sales Manager (Food Service)*** We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated ASM to join our sales team! As our ASM his/her main responsibility will be to drive ITC Food Service business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. **Responsibilities:** - Planning and achieving primary and secondary sales targets along with the team - Stock forecasts, planning and maintenance with cost efficiency, availability, and freshness, Depot requirements and placements in a manner that ensure optimum Fill Rate and cost efficiency - Distribution management – ensuring credit limits, funds availability, and claims process within the norms - Insights of the market in terms of seasons, trends, competitive activities and environmental factors – and leveraging the strengths of the company to drive the agendas - Developing the region by identifying the markets to serve, the mode of service and preparing the distribution plan and infrastructure - Understand all the prospect’s needs, and problems to overcome obstacles. - Explain how our solutions align with their pain points. - Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant. - Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting them. - Consult with the Distributor and supply chain to ensure better service to new customers. - Identify most important sales KPIs. - Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices. - Monitoring competition activities and pricing on regular basis. - Maintain Minimum Stock Level at Distributor point to avoid stock out situation. - Weekly Sales and stock report analysis with the distributor. - Prepare monthly sales forecast by SKU. - Prepare WD claim and get it submitted on monthly basis to Finance. - WD balance confirmation submission to Finance on monthly basis. - NDC submission to Finance on a quarterly basis. - Segment-wise and customer sales tracking on weekly basis.
