Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives. - **Sales Strategy & Execution:** Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for liability products. - **Business Growth:** Expand customer base, identify new opportunities, and increase market share in the territory. - **Client Management:** Build strong relationships with key clients, manage major accounts, and ensure high customer satisfaction. - **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze sales data, track team performance, provide feedback, and report to senior management. - **Compliance:** Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines. **Key Deliverables & Goals** - Achieving sales quotas and revenue targets. - Increasing market penetration and brand awareness. - Effective management and motivation of the sales team. - Maintaining portfolio quality and hygiene metrics. **Key Requirements** - Experience in sales management, often with a background in banking, finance, or insurance. - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. - Focus on financial products like deposit accounts, insurance (e.g., ULIPs), and other balance sheet/asset-linked products. - Emphasis on engaging high-net-worth individuals and driving 360-degree client engagement.
