**Job Description: Art Director** *Creative | Digital | Social | Marketing Campaigns* Role Overview We are looking for an Art Director who can lead creative thinking and visual direction across digital, social, and marketing campaigns. The role requires a strong balance of conceptual thinking, design craft, brand understanding, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities - Lead creative concepts and visual direction for digital, social, motion, and marketing campaigns. - Develop high-quality design solutions from concept to final delivery. - Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to create integrated creative work. - Translate briefs into strong visual ideas that are strategically aligned and execution-ready. - Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. - Present creative concepts and design solutions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders. - Guide design execution across formats including social assets, digital banners, campaign visuals, motion-led content, and marketing collaterals. - Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across channels and campaign touchpoints. Required Skills & Experience - Strong conceptual thinking with excellent visual design craft. - Experience across digital, social, motion, and content creation. - Ability to develop campaign ideas and translate them into compelling visual systems. - Strong understanding of brand standards and regulated communication environments. - Good stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, designers, and cross-functional teams. - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within timelines. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a hands-on creative thinker with strong art direction skills, the ability to shape visual narratives, and the confidence to present ideas to stakeholders. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of ensuring creative excellence while staying aligned with brand and compliance requirements. Ideal Experience 14+ years of experience from advertising or in-house brand creative team.
