**Role & responsibilities** - Develop high-quality design solutions from concept to final delivery. - Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to create integrated creative work. - Translate briefs into strong visual ideas that are strategically aligned and execution-ready. - Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. - Present creative concepts and design solutions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders. - Guide design execution across formats including social assets, digital banners, campaign visuals, motion-led content, and marketing collaterals. - Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across channels and campaign touchpoints. **Required Skills & Experience** - Strong conceptual thinking with excellent visual design craft. - Experience across digital, social, motion, and content creation. - Ability to develop campaign ideas and translate them into compelling visual systems. - Strong understanding of brand standards and regulated communication environments. - Good stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
