Job description

Role & responsibilities • Develop high-quality design solutions from concept to final delivery. • Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to create integrated creative work. • Translate briefs into strong visual ideas that are strategically aligned and execution-ready. • Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. • Present creative concepts and design solutions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders. • Guide design execution across formats including social assets, digital banners, campaign visuals, motion-led content, and marketing collaterals. • Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across channels and campaign touchpoints. Required Skills & Experience • Strong conceptual thinking with excellent visual design craft. • Experience across digital, social, motion, and content creation. • Ability to develop campaign ideas and translate them into compelling visual systems. • Strong understanding of brand standards and regulated communication environments. • Good stakeholder management and presentation skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, designers, and cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within timelines
