Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Drive acquisition of Asset customers (NTB and ETB) to achieve the monthly disbursement target across multiple asset products. - Generate leads by leveraging existing branch relationships and sourcing new customers. - Ensure timely follow-up, documentation and lead conversion in coordination with processing teams. - Support cross-sell initiatives and branch-level marketing activities in coordination with product and marketing teams. - Assess market potential and provide feedback on product features, competitor offerings, and customer needs. - Track portfolio performance, renewals, and retention metrics; support measures to minimize attrition and improve quality of sourcing. - Provide inputs for sales planning, budgeting, and branch-level asset strategy. **Job Locations -** Nava Vadaj, Harni Road, Makarpura Road, Mavdi Chowk, Shastri Maidan, Udhana, Kapodra.
