**\\*Keys Role & Core responsibilities**\\* **Strategy and planning**: Develop, implement, and lead the company's asset disposal strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Identify opportunities and Manage the end-to-end asset disposal lifecycle, including sales, auctions, Identify and manage relationships with external partners, such as brokers, auctioneers, and certified disposal vendors. Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records for all asset disposals. **\\*Compliance and risk management\\*** : Ensure all disposal activities are conducted in strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, such as the SARFAESI Act for financial institutions. Maintain accurate records of all disposal activities for auditing purposes. Stay up-to-date with legal and commercial updates that affect the asset disposal process. **\\*Stakeholder management**\\* : Liaise with internal departments, including collections, business, legal, IT, and operations, to ensure a smooth disposal process. Communicate effectively with external stakeholders such as buyers, vendors. Manage and resolve any complaints or queries from stakeholders related to asset disposals.
