Role & responsibilities • Meet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversion • Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels :- 1. Leads generated by branch staff and personal leads 2. Referrals generated from existing customers 3. Alternate channels • Maintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter. • Cross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officers. • Enhance the relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers.
