Job description

Role & responsibilities • Plan and execute daily quality activities to ensure high standards. • Plan and manage quality activities for New Product Development (NPD). • Develop and implement inspection plans and handle FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) activities. • Hands on experience on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), GD& T knowledge & technical communications with customers. • Have knowledge about Statistical process control, Calibration & Measurement system analysis to manage over daily shop floor inspections. • Have system knowledge about AS9100, internal and external audits & NADCAP audits • • Prepare and oversee budgets for quality-related activities, manage costs related to rejection /rework reduction through in built process quality & manage new instrument procurement. • Develop and execute yearly quality plans and strategies. Preferred candidate profile • Proficiency in quality management systems, CMM programming, and statistical analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proven leadership and team management skills. • Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
