Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Plan and execute daily quality activities to ensure high standards. - Plan and manage quality activities for New Product Development (NPD). - Develop and implement inspection plans and handle FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) activities. - Hands on experience on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), GD& T knowledge & technical communications with customers. - Have knowledge about Statistical process control, Calibration & Measurement system analysis to manage over daily shop floor inspections. - Have system knowledge about AS9100, internal and external audits & NADCAP audits • - Prepare and oversee budgets for quality-related activities, manage costs related to rejection /rework reduction through in built process quality & manage new instrument procurement. - Develop and execute yearly quality plans and strategies. **Preferred candidate profile** - Proficiency in quality management systems, CMM programming, and statistical analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
