Job description

Role & responsibilities • Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CPC /LPDC/GDC machines to ensure smooth production operation, minimum downtime, and safe working conditions. • Ensuring that plant operations at optimal levels at all times • Ensuring the preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per plan • Ensure machine safety interlocks & Follow safety standard and company maintenance procedures • Ensuring the closure of break down maintenance of machines with in the minimum time • Maintain PLC, Sensors, Drives ,motors, and control panels • Monitoring the stock of spare parts as per plan • Implementation of PM pillar activities of TPM • Implementation of CAPA for equipment failures • Timely execution of commissioning of equipment • Ensuring the maintenance of utility equipment and ensuring the less down time • Initiation of maintenance cost reduction projects Preferred candidate profile • Strong Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance system • PM adherence • PLC troubleshooting knowledge preferred • Maintenance cost , Root cause analysis . • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills • Good communication and team work • TPM implementation
