Add-ons: Tableau, Automation, experience working in a large organisation and logistics background. Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the following activities- Planning & Forecasting: • Set up, publish and drive a budgeting calendar. Ensure that all stakeholders are brought on board and a smooth review process is carried out. • Co-ordinate budgeting activities with various stakeholders & cross functional teams. • Track product profitability on a monthly basis • Forecasting on monthly basis • Preparation and automation of budgeting and reporting process Decision support • Review P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, various board decks and look out for cost optimization • Review various facility request for ROI • Evaluate product pricing and suggest for any changes • Automate various MIS and business reportings Reporting Variances and Analytics • Generating various monthly standard and adhoc reports.
