Job Description Company DTDC Express Position / TitleFull Stack Java Developer (Java, Spring Boot, Struts, Spring, JavaScript & React) Experience Required - 5 to 7 Years Number of Positions - 01 Key Responsibilities • Perform analysis, design, development, unit testing, and code reviews as part of a team. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, managers, and developers to solve business problems. • Translate functional requirements into conceptual and detailed technical designs. • Provide development effort estimates. • Develop proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade applications. • Write and maintain unit tests for robust software delivery. • Ensure clear communication, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Essential Skill Set • Experience in designing and implementing Web and Mobile applications • Strong proficiency in: • Core Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC) • ReactJS • Expertise in Java Web Development, including: • JSP, Servlets, JSTL • JMS, JAX-WS, JAX-RS • Hands-on experience with frameworks: • Spring Boot, Spring, Spring Security, Struts • Hibernate, JPA • Experience working with Apache Tomcat • Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts (MySQL) • Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka or similar) • Strong front-end and back-end development capabilities • Proficiency in: • Java & J2EE programming • Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP concepts • Multithreading and Concurrency • Familiarity with: • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React • Knowledge of backend technologies: • APIs, Databases, Server-side frameworks • Ability to: • Write high-quality, maintainable code • Create deployment scripts Secondary Skill Set • Strong knowledge of Python • Experience with NoSQL databases: • MongoDB, Redis Soft Skills & Competencies • Excellent communication skills • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly • Alignment with company vision and long-term goals • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Qualifications • MCA / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science or equivalent) • Good academic record
