Assistant General Manager Projects - Solar & Wind

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **Project Planning & Execution** - Lead complete lifecycle execution of Solar PV and Wind projects. - Prepare project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets. - Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and costs. - Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. - Coordinate project mobilization and site readiness. **EPC & Contractor Management** - Manage EPC contractors, consultants, and vendors. - Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents. - Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations. - Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution. **Project Monitoring** - Track project progress using project management tools. - Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. - Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. - Ensure timely achievement of project milestones. **Technical Coordination** - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and commercial teams. - Review design changes and ensure implementation. - Support optimization initiatives for cost and efficiency improvements.
