Assistant Manager Business Analytics and Automation Specialist

Job description

Role & responsibilities Operational Reporting, Analytics & Dashboard Management • Build, automate, and maintain business dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, and automation tools. • Develop scalable and automated MIS solutions to improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual effort. • Monitor operational, customer, and business performance metrics and highlight trends, exceptions, and opportunities. • Design and maintain leadership dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance. • Continuously improve reporting frameworks through standardization, automation, and process optimization. Business Analytics & Insights • Analyze large operational and business datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and growth opportunities. • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes. • Perform deep-dive analysis and root cause investigations to identify underlying drivers of business issues. • Proactively identify red flags, anomalies, and performance deviations and recommend corrective actions. • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc business reviews, highlighting key changes, risks, and opportunities. • Measure business impact of initiatives and track improvement outcomes using data-driven methodologies. • Support forecasting, performance planning, and business decision-making through analytical insights. Automation & Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve organizational productivity through automation. • Design and implement workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate and other workflow platforms. • Automate recurring reports, dashboards, data preparation processes, and business workflows. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BCA, Computer science, Bsc or Engineering (or a related discipline). • Certifications in Power BI, SQL, Python, Data Analytics, Automation, or related technologies preferred.
