Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding • Handle hiring for retail store roles, front-end staff, and corporate positions • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers • Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-outs and joining formalities • Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time) • Support employer branding and campus or bulk hiring initiatives Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets • Good stakeholder management and coordination skills • Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance (preferred) Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
