Job description

• Experience: 1- 3 years • Location: Gurgaon • Education: Tier-1 institutions (Engineering, Economics, Commerce, CAs) Key Requirements • Prior experience in finance or business functions with exposure to P&L analytics • Strong understanding of cost optimization, cost reduction, and identifying revenue leakages • Responsible for preparation and publication of monthly management P&L analysis • Conduct detailed P&L performance reviews and present insights to vertical leads • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. planned performance • Collaborate with operating teams to ensure alignment with business projections • Identify areas of financial and operational improvement and drive actionable recommendations • Maintain and update a database of key financial metric • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is essential
