Job Title: Team Lead – Last Mile Department: Operations Reporting To: Manager Job Summary: The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily last-mile logistics operations at the delivery center, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipment flow, team management, and maintaining operational efficiency and service quality. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end DC operations including inbound and outbound shipments. • Plan routes and vehicle deployment for efficient resource utilization. • Ensure shipment quality checks and zero missing shipments. • Prepare duty rosters and manage Field Executives (attendance, pickups, reverse logistics). • Monitor operational performance and provide timely feedback. • Maintain safety, security, and compliance with operational standards. • Support the Manager with operational reports and administrative tasks. • Monitor cost control and efficient use of resources. Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Graduation • Experience: 1 Year – 2 years (Logistics/Manufacturing preferred) • Skills: Basic MS Excel knowledge, good communication, analytical ability, proactive attitude, and teamwork skills. Team Handling: • Directly manage 10–12 Executives and offroll staffs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
