Last Mile Operations Job Description • Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely shipment closure. • Plan delivery routes and allocate shipments to delivery executives/riders. • Monitor daily delivery targets, productivity, and performance. • Track shipments, pending deliveries, returns, and RTS shipments. • Coordinate with riders to resolve delivery-related issues. • Handle customer escalations and ensure a good customer experience. • Monitor COD collection and reconciliation. • Ensure proper scanning, shipment handling, and operational compliance. • Coordinate with hub/warehouse teams for smooth shipment movement. • Prepare daily operational reports and track key performance metrics. • Support rider onboarding, training, attendance, and performance management. • Ensure smooth operations while maintaining safety and company SOPs.
