Responsibilities: Program Management • Manage, monitor and provide overall support and supervision for assigned CSR projects, particularly in skill development in healthcare and public health programs. • Support project/centre identification, setup, affiliations, quality standards and compliance as per applicable guidelines. • Develop and monitor project work plans, milestones, targets and timelines to ensure effective implementation and quality outcomes. • Conduct periodic project reviews and field visits; provide guidance, identify gaps and drive timely corrective actions. • Manage relationships with implementing partners, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Support identification, due diligence and onboarding of new implementing partners, including proposal evaluation and MoU finalization. • Manage project MIS/ERP and ensure timely updating of program, financial, compliance and documentation records. • Ensure timely and quality reporting, documentation and consolidation of project updates, impact stories and management briefs. Financial Monitoring & Fund Management • Monitor project budgets, fund releases and utilization against approved plans and milestones. • Review financial reports, Utilization Certificates and supporting documents in coordination with Finance and implementing partners. • Identify financial deviations and documentation gaps and ensure timely corrective action. • Support fund release recommendations based on project progress, milestones and financial compliance. • Maintain accurate project-wise financial and fund utilization records. CSR Compliance, Governance & Audit • Ensure projects comply with CSR policies, approved frameworks, MoUs and applicable statutory requirements. • Monitor project documentation, approvals, agreements and compliance records. • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement and other internal functions for project related requirements. • Coordinate internal and external audits, track observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. • Maintain an effective project document management and filing system. • Support management, Board and statutory reporting and presentations. CSR Communication & Volunteering • Coordinate collection and consolidation of program reports, impact data, photographs, videos, beneficiary stories and other communication materials. • Support development of CSR Annual Reports, project updates, impact stories, presentations and other communication content. • Manage CSR content for social media, websites and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent branding and visibility in co-ordination with the Marketing team. • Plan and coordinate employee volunteering and engagement initiatives, including virtual and physical activities. • Maintain volunteering records and report participation and outcomes. • Support CSR events, stakeholder engagements, external forums and award submissions. • Identify opportunities to strengthen CSR communication, employee engagement and external visibility. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Line Supervisor/Management. Skills Required 1. Should be fully familiar with Government, INGOs, NGOs and CSR concepts, rules and regulations. 2. Excellent understanding of national and international social development / socio economic issues especially on skill development in India. 3. Demonstrated competence to assess priorities, manage a variety of activities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with attention to details and quality. 4. Demonstrated self-management i.e. motivation, dealing with pressure, adoptability and ability to project a professional, consistence image of confidence, integrity and competence. 5. Strong communication, coordination skills and knowledge of IT based platforms on knowledge sharing. 6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and system. 7. Ability and willingness to frequent travel in any part of the country, as per requirement. This position requires minimum 60 - 70% time in the field. Should be a multitasking esp., program management, partnership management, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, documentation, social media and communication, volunteering and event management etc. 8. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi. Willingness and open to learn new ideas and skills.
